 is presently searching for a Montreal-based 

PROJECT/ACCOUNT MANAGER 

This position requires an experienced (3-5 years) individual capable of managing a wide range of medical communications programs for healthcare professionals as well as marketing support initiatives such as advisory board and consultant meetings for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Some travel may be required.

 

The Project/Account Manager is expected to have the ability to comprehend the particular science involved, and interface directly with clients and medical thought leaders. With the assistance of internal and external resources, the Project/Account Manager serves as the hub of a multi-disciplinary SNELL team which provides medical writing, logistics, creative, technical, and accounting support.

Requirements

  • University degree in a health science discipline or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of three-years-experience working within a medical communication/education or healthcare company

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral)

  • Ability to interact comfortably with physicians and academics, as well as industry marketing and professional education personnel

  • Bilingual (Eng/Fr, written and oral)

  • Creative, strategic thinking

  • Superior organizational habits and resourcefulness

  • Capability to manage several projects simultaneously

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Flexibility to travel to Europe, the U.S. and within Canada

  • Experience with Apple computer environment is an asset

  • Attentive to detail

 is presently searching for a Montreal-based 

SENIOR BOOKKEEPER 

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of books of accounts and records for company(s)

  • Management of accounts payable/receivable and invoicing

  • Preparation and filing of all government monthly and quarterly filings (GST/QST, Deductions at Source, CNESST, etc.)

  • Creation of management reports

  • Disbursement of payroll

  • Administration of company group benefits plan

  • Interaction with government agencies

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a small business environment

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, MS Office

  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
